1. Scope of Services

Our SEO services include, but are not limited to, keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and backlink strategy. These services are provided on a best-effort basis to improve your website's search engine visibility.

2. Performance Disclaimer

Important: Search engines frequently update their algorithms. While we use industry-standard practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or any specific position on Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide administrative access to the website and Google Search Console/Analytics.
Approval of content changes or technical recommendations in a timely manner.
Disclosure of any previous "black hat" SEO work or manual penalties applied to the domain.

4. Payment Terms

SEO is typically billed on a monthly retainer basis. Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to provide payment may result in a temporary suspension of optimization efforts.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, the client retains ownership of all content and optimizations performed on their site, while the agency retains ownership of proprietary tools or reporting software.
